Orders & Accounts 

Do I have to create an account to order from B. Sage?
Yes, but it’s easy! Your account helps create a customized shopping experience for you to make shopping with us easy and fun. Once you have found some awesome products and have added them to the check-out cart, your account will be automatically made as you fill out your contact and shipping information and create a password. You can also create an account by going to the Log-in/My Account tab at the top of your webpage. 
 
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We try and process each order as quickly as we can to get it to you in a timely manner! Please contact us as soon as you can so we can try and stop the processing of the order before it gets shipped out. Once an order is processed and shipped out, unfortunately we can’t stop the order. When the order is delivered to you, you can ship it back to us and we can refund your order.
 
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
Your privacy and safety is so important to us! B. Sage Studios, LLC does not save any kind of credit card information in our systems. We also do not sell any of our customer’s information to third party companies.
 
How does your sizing work?
Because we sell a variety of clothing brands, it’s important we tell you that not all of the clothing will be sized in the same way. We have done our best to be descriptive of each product and tell you how each garment will fit. If you have any specific questions about any product, please feel free to contact us at support@bsagestudios.com.
 
You’re out of my size/color (AKA why are you sold out of so much?)
We carry a limited quantity of each product, so there could be times where we may be out of a certain size or color. Usually once an item is sold out, we will not be getting that style back, but instead we will get a new, fresh product in. We do this so our customers know they are getting a unique item and can stand out from the crowd! We also do this so we do not carry an excess amount of clothing which can be wasteful for the environment.
  
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! Please contact us right away so we can fix this for you.
 
My package is lost!
Oh no! Please contact us right away so we can help find your package and fix this for you. 

Sale Items

What does “Final Sale” mean?
“Final Sale” means that an item has been reduced in price and put on clearance. Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or given back for store credit. We know buying “Final Sale” items can be tricky, so please contact us with any questions so we can help make sure it’s the right choice for you!
 
Can I return “final sale” items?
All “Final Sale” items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or given back for store credit. If you send us a “Final Sale” item, a return cannot be processed. Once received at our warehouse, we will automatically ship the item(s) back to you. No exceptions will be made for size, color, fit, or fabric issues. Please feel free to contact us about any questions you may have before placing your order.
 
What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is “Final Sale”?
Items purchased as a gifts are still applied to the “Final Sale” policy. They will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
 
What if a “Final Sale” item I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! Please contact us right away.
 
Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?
Sorry, at this time we do not do price adjustments. 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.
Any orders $75 or more will be shipped to you for FREE!
When can I expect my package to arrive?
We process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Once we send the order out for shipping, you can expect it to arrive 5-7 business days depending on where you live. All domestic orders will be provided a tracking number.
 
Where do you ship to? 
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working towards the ability to ship internationally. 
 

Returns

Can I make a return?
Absolutely. Regular priced clothing can be returned within 14 days of it being delivered to you. All jewelry, accessories, bags, hats, swimwear, lingerie, leggings, sleepwear, hosiery, shoes, home decor, books, and artwork are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Sale/clearance clothing marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund. Any "Final Sale" item sent to us as a return will not be issued a refund, and must be claimed within 30 days. If not claimed within 30 days, we will donate the item(s) to charity. 
B. Sage Studios is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns.
Please contact us at returns@bsagestudios.com to get your return process started. When shipping the item(s) back, please fill out and include the "Return Item" form That will be emailed to you. This allows us to process the returned items and give a full refund. 
Can I make an exchange online?
We don’t have the ability or are able to guarantee exchanges. What we will have to do is return the item you want to exchange for a full refund. You can then place an order for the item you would like instead!

Cool! We look forward to hearing all about what you do. Please contact us at wholesale@bsagestudios.com with a description and a line-sheet of your products. It’s also helpful to include photos if you can. We can then discuss if your products are a good fit for our company.
 I’m interested in carrying B. Sage products in my shop. Do you offer wholesale?
We do! Our signature B. Sage Studios jewelry, candles, and stationary are available for wholesale. Other products made by other artists are not eligible for wholesale. Please contact us at wholesale@bsagestudios.com to request a line-sheet from us!

About Us 

What makes B. Sage Studios different from other boutiques?
B. Sage Studios has been built on a 3-point mission. We carry original designs, and focus on items made by other indie makers, and ethically made products. Unlike many other boutiques that carry cheaply made fast-fashion products that are in style today and out of style tomorrow, we focus on craftsmanship and how the products can better the world we live in.
 
Why aren’t all of your products made in the U.S.?
While we love to support local and U.S. made, we also believe beautiful things come from all over the world. Some products we carry simply cannot be found in the U.S. or the artist of a product may live in another country. Curating products that are artisan and ethical from all over the world can bring people together.
 
Do you design everything in your store?
We design many of our items from our signature jewelry to our candles to some of our stationary and home décor. However, we feel it’s important to bring our customers a variety of artisan and ethical products that we don’t have to ability to make ourselves. This is our way of supporting indie makers and building community!
